i have had it happen 2x where we have a team meeting, and we leave to do something then the team leaves through the door, but some are stuck cause it will not allow us to go through to haven.

I've had this happen too, but only when there's more than one person present. Whenever it's just me, there's no problem leaving. It's a really odd bug to be honest O.o So glad there's a "Return to Haven" button in the Options menu :P
