I think 3k CE is a fair
I think 3k CE is a fair price, because it's around 900 CE per roll on the second UV. I think a person would be very lucky to get Medium+ CTR or ASI in 3 rolls or less.
Maybe I'm wrong about that, but I'm willing to let it ride on the Auction House if I can't find a buyer on the forums for 3k.

I set the buyout for 400,000 crowns, but I don't expect that to be met. Auctions without a buyout do not appear when you sort by "Buy Price", so I set a buyout value to make it more visible. I expect the auction to last the full two days and go to the highest bidder.
