Maybeee... Could it be possible to get a cr reward for making it in the top ten in lockdown? Because it takes a while to get to it, (worked my butt off all day yesterday to get to 4th) you don't get any other reward other than Epic Swag for being in it. Any support on this one? A small reward like maybe 1k if you make it and 5k for being first place. What do you think.
Rewards For the LD Top Ten
Being on the leaderboard dont necesarily mean you're good. If you spend 24/7 in front of your computer you'll probably be #1 even if you lose all matches.
I'm not saying all top players are like that, but that kind of beahviour shouldn't be rewarded.
"Why reward people who are already makin' a killin' on killin' Knights?"
But then you say...
"Just give them the Super Brawl Crown, call it Lockdown Lord's Helm, and make it a costume."
...Is that not some way of a reward? :P
But thats a good idea, and maybe just make the helms last for a week? +1
Juances if you lose all your matches you will have a hard time getting to it, since you only get about 20 to 80 MAX points. A nub like that would have to spend alot of cr and time..
Just a heads up. A lot is two words. Note how it has a red line under it when you type it as one? A lot vs Alot

Keep typing.
I'm just going to load this BlastNetwork match.
Think I'll make a sandwich and do some laundry whilst randomly walking by the keyboard to move the mouse every now and again.
I am top PVP score!
*edit - There was one player who was top of the score board and made no bones about idling. I forget her name and can't seem to dredge any old posts up with the discussion.
Until the PvP ranking system is redone so that you can lose points along with gaining them the leaderboard effectively means nothing. All you do is gain points, meaning you do not have to be a good player, just be on the winning team. Admittedly most of the Top Ten right now I know are good or are listed in the top LD players thread (not through self boasting), but there's a couple I have never heard of who could very well do as Juances said and just play LD all day to have a high rank.

If you got 80-20 points a game, or even 0 - 100 (100 can be received if you lose, in really close games) you can estimate that two lost games = 1 won game in terms of points. (I dunno, use a normal distribution or something.)
If you played 24/7 and lost all the time, you would beat out someone who won all the time and played for 12 hours a day.
Who the hell plays 12 hours a day (and wins all)? No one.
So yes, Juances is right. Someone who lost all the time and played 24/7 would still be ranked #1.
I'm a terrible player and have managed to be on the board plenty. I just had no life/was bored and did nothing but LD. Boom, I maintained #1/2 for most of a week. Rewarding this joke of a leaderboard would be kinda dumb. It needs an overhaul before that can be done.
Well, I tried hard and I am not that bad of a player but if noobs can just get to this, I agree there shouldn't be a reward.
Why reward people who are already makin' a killin' on killin' Knights?
Just give them the Super Brawl Crown, call it Lockdown Lord's Helm, and make it a costume.
Enhanced ego and braggin' sold seperately.
