Misread. While you can still get them in normal lockboxes, mirrored guarantee that you'll get some kind of height/eye mod. Mirrored don't contain accessories, so the pool of selection is smaller.

I'm disappointed that you're making everyone pay for the standard upgrades. I've already stated why I think we vets should get a freebie for these things. If it's an issue with trying to make items one-off free, I've already stated a solution in that other thread, which I know you read. I must say though, I didn't expect most eyes to come at a price but I suppose it's to be expected. Paying for specials is fine. Glad I saved all my silver keys from the Christmas promo. Now is the time to cash them in.

At least height mods don't mangle armour like I thought it would, though I swear it's scaling. These things haven't really disseminated enough to see if hitboxes no longer match models. LD is confusing enough what with latency messing with where hitboxes are; we don't need to add model confusion to it (i. e, your sword hits the model but not the box because the hitbox is smaller than the model).

I'm eager to see what these optimization tweaks do. I have a godly machine that I use for top end gaming, and yet this game has always run poorly on it. Maybe now it'll run at a level appropriate for such a game. I could run high detail in LD maybe, le gasp!

So I previewed a bunch of

So I previewed a bunch of eyes. I'm thinking that dark blue eyes + glasses makes it rather hard to notice the more subtle eyes and I'm not that fond of the more noticeable ones. :o But if others are keen to pay upwards of 50k for them then cool for them. Although trying to check out the trade channel and Haven 1 shortly after the update was pretty pointless since it was absolutely filled with buy and sell requests for these things (understandably of course).

Going to have to wait a while if I want to try and sell my other random stuff.

From the Previews, I'd say

From the Previews, I'd say that this doesn't change actual height so much as proportions. No matter what height you pick, it appears as if your head never changes size. So you can be a little chibi or a big "action hero" style, with more realistic proportions.

So pumped about this update! I love everything about it!

The only thing that bugs me is when I select Tall or Extra Tall for my character wearing Plate Mail, the wrist of the gloves under the armor clip through the wrist guards of the mail. It's not so noticeable on Tall, but more so on Extra Tall. It's the only thing stopping me from buying one or the other, because it's apparent enough to be annoying. Aside from that, everything looks good!

Let's make the arcade completely obsolete for late gameplay now. This is a terrible idea. You should increase the drop rate of lockboxes, and keep the Prize Wheel only in the arcade. Since now there's no reason not to do Arcade FSC over King of Ashes.

I haven't tested performance

I haven't tested performance in IMF yet, I just hope it will improve. I guess it's most important part of this patch.

I'm not overly exited by high adjustment - I think the characters look best as they were designed by Ian in first place. I won't be changing mine. As much as I like the eyes idea, I'm not really looking forward to change them on my character (I'm thinking about Dot Eyes as a possible option, but won't hunt for them actively - unless AH prize really drops). So I think I'll skip promo this time. I'm not really into such customisation and my gaming budget for this month has already been somewhat used for Legend of Grimrock (blame Nick's Twitter for that!).

That really reminds most of those who have heard of the word about the previous days, perhaps myself. Anyway, Nick, I sure do hope you have something exciting planned for us Knights, like more new expansion missions, bosses, and the Core soon, along with the requests we recommend and LOTS of other goodies in store.
