Hello, I just started playing but one of my friends was in Haven already so I joined his game before I had a chance to take the Haven bridge elevator thing... I have done missions in Haven, bought and sold items from Strangers, talked to all the quest people at the beginning of Haven- I have received the "Congratulations" email for getting to Haven..... BUT it still says I currently need to cross into Haven..

I had this same problem. I just minimized the quest bubble so it's not so intrusive in my display, but it's still annoying.
