Sorry if I'm kinda a newbie on this but I understand you can only get UV from a crafted item but I have seen FoV ( which can only be gotten from the token vendor ) having UV, how is it possible?

Use your FoV for a bit before putting much cash into punching it.
Also, keep in mind that ASI, CTR, and DMG+ can also be gained from Trinkets, Helm/Armor, and even a couple Shields.
ps- Mentally prepare yourself for the deep hatred you will gain for Punch if you use his services very much...
