All GF+BTB skolvers with 2x 5* heart trinkets. Make this a default set given to everyone in lockdown and no more balance issues. Oh, and let people buy themselves UV bonuses with CE so you dont lose income. No more whining about imbalance. Brilliant, eh?
Oh, and give bombers and gunners sets too but dont change the stats so nobody will use them anyways unless they're hipsters or idiots

I checked most of the at the starting lobby. Judging by the amount of games I've played with these guys + how many MAX/VH ASI's these skolvers have on their BTB's I'd be really surprised if they had no penta hearts already

In case you didn't know, the poster is Uuni. She's the one suggesting we get everyone a predetermined set to minimize the problem she sees. i don't think the description applies to her, she says she checked most of the others which seems to be mostly right.
Yeah, I think you're right in some ways, since it really takes the fun out of them sometimes, especially if you're going freelance like me and never use one of the sets most people use, but I think making everyone have a predetermined set takes the individuality out of PvP. Getting the option to choose what you have and all is nice ^^
Lockdown will never be balanced until they have a US West server.

they r at huge disadvantage already (I'm one of them).
How'd you know they have 2x penta hearths? Since you cant see the entire lifebars, 2x pentas have the same visual effect as 2x tetra hearths or any other combination.
