Right now, the Quicksilver (3*) and Charged Quicksilver (4*) sets does not have the walk speed increase like the Mercurial (5*) set.
What I am suggesting (don't know if its good or not) is to give the 3* and 4* sets the low walk speed increase and add a low attack speed increase for the Mercurial set. Do you guys think it is a good idea?
Add low walk speed increase to the Quicksilver line (3*/4*) and add low ASI to Mercurial set?

Mercurial is based on Quicksilvers, those little pinballs. Movement speed increase is supposed to be a scarce buff, currently only available through Mercurial and Mercurial Demo; first being the 5* of a boss token item, the other only craftable after completing a Shadow Lair. If anything, they would make Mercurial give +4 move speed at 5* and +2 at 4*. Attack speed has nothing to do with this set.
