Just seeing how many others play FSC so much that they automatically avoid fire / curse vials everywhere else.
Fire Vial Avoidance Poll
I avoid them at all costs and usually try to get 3 pills 2 remedy 3 poison & usually 2 Stun
I try to aviod them, but sometimes end up with 3 at vanaduke
In other areas of the game I prefer fire and curse over the other status vials unless the mission/stratum theme renders them useless (you know, like fire vials in a fire themed set of levels).
Meh, I don't notice them, as long as I have pills, remedies and poison I'm good.
I'm after them in other levels tho, they can be useful.
Also, players get to pick Remedy Pills even on levels where they dont need them (Such as JK)
First time I was in FSC, my GM pointed out that even if everything was immune to the flames, the vial itself caused a little damage. Having a weapon is better than not having a weapon, so if I can't find anything better (namely Shock, Freeze, or Stun vials) I keep them around. Same applies to Curse vials.
I concur with Niichi and Amaki. Fire and Curse vials are the best to use on slimes/at RJP (apart from poison) and there are quite a few blast cubes in FSC. Also, filling up your item slots makes sure you don't get any in the prize wheel.

Untrue from my experience.
You mean you've gotten vials/pills while carrying 3x4 items?
TBH I haven't paid enough attention to say I'm 100% sure of my statement, but at least I don't get hearts or health if I have full health.
I always pick them up + any other vial I dont need and make purdy colours when going down the lift.
Now I know some of you might be wondering "Wow how can I make purdy colours too?". Well here is a short guide with tips and tricks to creating the best vial displays.
Step 1: Don't get ahead of yourself and take 3 vials to the lift cus it'll end up being a unco-ordinated mess. Stand in the corners of the lift for maximum impact.
Step 2: Set the mood - There are multiple combinations that evoke emotions in players that will help speed up runs / get more aggression out of them for a more successful run.
Colour combinations:
Freeze + Curse, Fire or Shock
Curse + Fire, Shock or Freeze
Shock + Freeze, Curse or Fire
Some people might think at this point, "Woah woah woah Hadn what about Stun or Sleep?". Well my friends, you can spice up your runs by replacing Shock with Sleep or using Stun with Fire. This may be considered to be an Advanced Vial Technique or AVT as us industry experts call them but as always it works with practice.
P.s Always wear gloves and aim away from eyes and be safe, thanks
Most people would avoid them in fsc because of their lack of usefulness. Quite obvious...
Pills, remedy, freeze vial and ultra freeze vial are usually the items I collect. Freeze vials because they can freeze Vanaduke for a short period of time encase your shiver person is down :]
err you guys really need to improve on your reading comprehension. OP's clearly not asking what you think he's asking. Or perhaps OP reworded his post to make you all look like fools?
Vials are essentially worthless if you have an arsenal as expansive as I do.
Freeze vials are pointless against vana, use poison and shock.
But don't use this as excuse to suggest removing these vials in FSC. Chances of getting health and remedy pills will increase if you do so.
