No, I'm not joking at all. I have the unique ability of understanding toddler typing. I don't know where I got it. I've had it for as long as I can remembers. Basically, he/she's saying that he/she is a sad attempt at a troll who can think of nothing better to do than make pointless threads which repeat the words one, you, and nyan cat a lot.
Yeah, I have no idea what it says either. My best guess would be some form of guide on tiers? Maybe? Or possibly they're saying that they used their incredible engrish-have powers to magically make everyone except new knights tier 3? Yeah. No idea.
