ASI is highly valued on heavy swords because of how much safer shielding becomes, and because it's the only PvP-useful UV. An ASI High is worth plenty. I'd say about 12k CE.
Well it will be worth a fair bit, granted but unfortunately the way speed bonus is added, it doesn't make much of a difference on the Divine Avenger. Im sure it will still sell for a fair amount of CE but exactly how much I do not know.
