Thanks for getting us out of the pit earlier on. My guildmate got stuck there (Built to Destroy/IMF; the last danger scenario before the elevator to the boss depth) and called for help in guild chat. Went to have a look and ended up in the rocket pits.

Taught him to contact support, so he'll know what to do the next time something similar happens.
