Usually people would dislike if it were the head that shrinks or grows but in this case, the only thing affected from the size modifier is the body. The weapons & shields don't change size either. Or are we suppose to get modifiers for both the helmet & the armor?

Moral of thread: The only thing affected from the height modifier is the body. The head stays the same now discuss on your ideals of the height modifier?

BIG CHUMPS

Nah, I like the fact that it only scales the body. It helps with the illusion that the user is an undersized/oversized knight with undersized/oversized gear save for the clothing.

Too bad the actual height differences are too minimal to be noticeable in regular gameplay. Heck, even in the character window. Extra tall should make the knight, at the very least, 75% of Feron while extra short should be Stalker-sized considering how difficult it is to actually get these things. But no matter which one you choose, you'll look only about 50% all around because of the dumpy camera angle.

I'd suggest OOO consider this, but aaaAAAaaa!

actually the head is scaled

actually the head is scaled with the body. I'm extra small and my hat's and face are smaller than the same hats and faces as mine. So it is scaled down. You can't see the difference unless you see an extra tall next to an extra small but it's there.

No it doesn't. If it actually

No it doesn't. If it actually did scale down, the big head on the tiny body wouldn't exist.

The size modifier isn't very

The size modifier isn't very noticeable, I thought that could use some slight change. I got the Large and my friend got the small, barely a difference. Shouldn't it be noticeable on a glance, not on a need to stop and study?

That's what probably allows the hit-damage range to stay the same throughout the sizes.

hi

I really like my big head on small body.

Alternatively, i notice EVERY tall night. I can see them in haven, and in the character window. I think making them taller would not suit me (lol i don't think the tall looks very good----although it's just my opinion).

Lastly shields do scale with height. Rommil's ancient plate shield was smalller (rommil is extra short), than vokster ancient plate shield (vokster very tall). Well, in haven his shield was much smaller, in training hall it was the same size, go figure.

@Pawn: My guess is that when

@Pawn: My guess is that when worn on the back, the shield scales to the same size as the armor/body it is worn on. Used in combat, however, it is no longer attached to the armor/body and is therefore back to original size.

oh good call tom-awsm

Great observation!!! And it really makes sense when u also consider all height modifiers have the same sized hands too!!!! (ya know the hands that hold the shield and sword). Very good deduction tom-awsm

The thing I don't like is

The thing I don't like is that the taller heights are not as noticeable as the shorter ones. The regular tall height should be almost as much as the current extra tall. The heads scale slightly, though not much. (the gunslinger line makes heads look like peas though).
