I was wondering what the best piercing armor to use. Please dont mention skolver (I have already decided no on that :)) I have A vog set and a shadowsun stetson set. So The only sort of set I need now is piercing and if they had a bomber set with peircing I would be all over it! So please suggest a good piercing set I could use.

Wiki? Azure Deadly

Wiki?

Azure
Deadly Virulisk
Dragon Scale

Okay, I got bored of listing them all....

why don't you narrow it down to us to a few choices you've decided on.....

Actually...

For straight up piercing defense, I like Mercurial.

The shock resist is a nice bonus, the move speed is the icing on the cake, but it also has exceptional piercing defense (like the main jelly line which doesn't have the other benefits.) Stun is kind of underwhelming for piercing armour, so I have ignored normal jelly.

Deadly Virulisk is great armour if you are facing beasts or slimes with poison theme, or just for slimes in general, but for piercing defense it's rather weak.
Dragon scale is risky because of the lack of normal defense. You really have to know what you're doing and where to use that.

Azure is an obvious choice too, as Spysy suggested.

Ironmight is an option too, I guess, but the attack speed decrease traded for huge normal defense makes it a less popular choice.

...

Ironmight's a Great Choice for Gunners/Bombers, seeing how the De-Buff doesn't Affect them, unless they use a Sword as Back-Up.

Mercurial

I vote Mercurial because its cool :3

Also, I see Ice Queen pop up a bit in LD, ideally with shock resist. This is because it resists the major painful statuses in competitive LD: Shock, stun, and freeze.

Ice Queen has the most pierce resist if the stat bars are correct
