Exchange rates

I'm afraid I don't know the exchange rates for wither game too well.
How much scrap are Bill's and Buds worth?
How much is a scrap worth in Spiral Knights?

I could offer a set of Strange weapons (Nickamed the Jarate set):
Strange Sydney Sleeper
Strange Jarate
Strange Bushwaka

I also have Vintage Weapons of most of the classes.

I have a hat called "the Hotdogger" for the Scout, nut if you're only using it for a craft hat, I'm not willing to part with it.

I also have a lot of crates. A couple #3-5, too.

TF2 to SK Exchange

To give you more of an idea, the typical rates I've seen are:

For TF2 items alone:
1 scrap metal = 3 reclaimed metal
3 reclaimed = 1 refined metal
2.33-2.55 refined = 1 key
Bill's Hats are 8-10 keys
Earbuds are 23-25 keys

Between TF2 and Spiral Knights:
1 refined metal = 350 CE
1 key (TF2) = 850-900 CE

To directly address what you have listed, the strange weapons you have are about 1-2 reclaimed on average. Most vintage weapons are 2 scrap on average (some exceptions). And hats also vary in price, but for the Hotdogger, it would be probably 1.33-1.66 refined. And crates aren't worth much, with some exceptions as well. If you're wondering where I'm getting these prices, http://tf2spreadsheet.blogspot.com/ is a guideline, but not absolute.

i played the game on the orange box about a year and half ago, but i never heard of this stuff, its confusing... i never knew they had this or what exactly it is, could someone give me the link to this thing?

Not me

I didn't say I was quitting, my friend is quitting the game; I still play Spiral Knights. He's looking for both TF2 items AND CE offers for the gear listed in my first post, since he can't unbind everything listed at once. As for the materials, it would likely take a while to go through ALL of his items and price them. So right now, we're just focusing on the gear. No gimmick.
