The next thing I'm going for on Spiral Knights is a leviathan blade, so I am going to roll craft on my alt for a good UV. Now I dont want to have 6 UV's levi's, one for each family, I want one of the UV's viable to everything, ASI, or CTR. ASI is good for shield cancelling, but the CTR can come in handy in a pinch if you need to get a charge off to get out of a mob. What do you guys think I should aim for?

Levi is great for vana's mask
Levi is great for vana's mask phase. And no one goes up to hit vana with a sword in his later stages, so Levi is still a good sword for FSC if you don't have to much trouble with the levels before Vana. I would try and get CTR, but thats just me. A CTR UV would fit my style much more. Tell us, how do you like to use your other weapons?

Go for CTR.
The charge is way better than the normal attacks.

Leviathan Blade, being a normal sword, is pretty mediocre in general. The regular attacks are certainly mediocre. The one aspect, that even haters of normal weapons have to acknowledge, is the charge attack. It's really strong. So get CTR, preferably Very High of course. Get sword damage trinkets to up the damage. Then you have a nice weapon.

Vog Cub Set + Barbarous Thorn Shield + Elite Slash Module, Elite Sword Focus Module = ASI very high, CTR very high, DMG very high
Vog Cub Cap, Skolver Coat + Barbarous Thorn Shield + Elite Quick Strike Module, Elite Sword Focus Module = ASI very high, CTR very high, DMG very high
Build one of the loadouts outlined above, then get a low or medium CTR UV and you're all set.

My Style
I try to do the most damage I can to my enemies before forced to back out of the fight when they go on the offensive. But I already have vog cub, which gives ASI, so I guess CTR is what I should do since no wolver set can give that feature.

Calibur get CTR, but meh a 3 sword loadout will hit harder
F.Y.I. You can get CTR from Trinkets. Though it is better to have it from UV so your trinket slots are free for DMG or ASI.
I am somebody that put a great deal of time into crafting Calibur's chasing the elusive CTR Very High UV. In my case by the time I managed to produce a UV CTR High Calibur I no longer cared very much, because I was mostly using speciallized damage swords by then. Now just about the only thing I use my Levi for is Vana's mask (which it works really well on). While I was questing for a Levi UV CTR VH I made due with an Ascended Calibur UV CTR Low + an Elite Sword Focus (CTR Med) for a total of CTR Ultra. Ascended Calibur does almost as much DMG as Levi & has the same reach. Levi is a very cosmetic upgrade, so I would not recommend doing it until you get at least close to the UV you are searching for.
Depends on your play style. The charge attack is the best thing about the levi, but it's hard to use effectively in a party as it can fling critters at your friends if you're not careful. In the end, though, I think most people would just tell you to save your cr and go for a sword that will be more useful to you on end-game content: brandish-lines, etc.
