I wonder if there is anyone from region/country (Russia for instance) where its price is about 12$.
Sadly, i've got no CE atm, so i'll pay in CR let's say 460 000.

Wow huge difference.
Interesting. That is huge variation. I guess it makes since that they would have to price games according to what they think they can get out of a given market.
Hmmmm... perhaps I need to find a friend in Russia to buy my games for me in exchange for steam trades...
(note I don't really need any games at the moment though)
