OBVIOUSLY YOU PEOPLE DO NOT USE THE PICK UP GROUP SYSTEM. That was my 4th or 5th Vana attempt & my first successful win! I went to bed happy that night, 4* certified 5* vanguard medic knight <3
I only had Aegis & Heater Shield. Almire Crest Shield is the third shield I would like.

I don't mean by energy terms. Not only do I have good defense for any terrain in Tier 3, I also know how to "dance" with enemies. I'm just an energy saver on you is what I should mean since I always have enough health bars to get us back in the game. There's no way I could have ever passed Gauntlet or FSC if it wasn't for my armor types.
Lord Vanaduck > Gauntlet > FSC
I'm mostly handy for those small rooms. I just wished people didn't get so impatient when it comes to reviving & didn't get all angry that they died. This is how I always look at players in games, it isn't about you not dyeing & doing flawless runs but that sweet arsze performance you displayed. Unless it's energy reviving please don't get angry & rage quit on me if you get defeated in PvE battles. You guys get all jumpy at these flawless no death runs but come on now, the possibility of perfection is not real & does not exist & some of us just don't really care for that. As long as you don't die in vain, you have my praises.
An example would be you fighting 7 FSC walkers & two Trojans & then me fighting 3 FSC walkers & we're all in a small room. I may have killed those 3 walkers I was fighting & lived while you killed 4 walkers & one of the Trojans since you were aggroing all of those monsters you were facing. Now why must you get angry for showing an amazing performance? What's wrong with you getting killed & me reviving you since I like to tell you more than 3 times that I'm here to serve as a "medic knight"? You did things us regulars could only dream of.

@OP if you want attention so much, do something useful or worth watching. For example, good tutorials or hard achievements (the gauntlet solo without dying is easy enough for a starter, or if you are into not getting hit, you can do the full FSC run solo without getting hit).
Cuz real men spin around every other second. Why do you think it's called SPIRAL knights?
