The most hated suggestion, that was making people flip over tables, the suggestion that was probably most common on suggestion forum, PETS (official name Monsters in pocket) is being introduced into game.

For now its just accessory, but what will come next? I believe we may expect again an avalanche of topics "OMGOMG Pets, pkax pwease nao111!!oenone" since "PETs" are almost here.
Yeah, I'm with above. Lots of people suggested pets be like Mechaknights and actually do things to help you. If it's just looks then who cares?

Agreed, called it on the Patch Notes topic too. I just need my logical-thread-killing response I posted on one of the pet threads a while back and slap it on any new threads so they'll get graveyarded quick.
To be honest, accessory pets are fine with me, it's the suggestion of combat pets that is a definite no. More crownsinks are very welcome.
The thing is... when I think of pets in any game, I think in something that follows me, not something I keep hanging from my belly...
I mean, this is totally not what I think people suggested. Not even battling, if the pet just wouldn't be "detected" and followed as just a "pet slot"... WHY I am having a deeper idea of pets than OOO??? D:
You cant fight the masses.
If there is a big group of 'noobs' or whatever you want to call them with their wallets ready, you cant blame any developer for looking like this $_$
When the pet threads where in the suggestions forums, everyone was stating that "they were fine with pets being an accessory and nothing else" and no-one said "no don't have pets as an accessory that's dumb".

Looks like someone else wasn't reading. People didn't like the idea of pets that fight with you (or for you, is it might have turned out). No one was against a mere aesthetic extra.
Pets that actually DO stuff would be fine by me, as long as they are available to the general public ie Expensive but do-able.

Not sure how Pets that run around doing stuff would wreck the game....did the Knights you rescue in cages ruin the game? At any rate, I'd be happy with pets that just go and pick up coins and heat for you so you don't have to.
I've never had anything against pets
As long as the pets are merely for decoration and do nothing else, then I'm all for it
