You want to get forcefully banned because you do not want to continue this and to go away for a while. I'm thinking you just don't want to see the game at all for a while (forcibly by the game itself) to get this through? Hope ye don't leave forever. Come back once in a while.

Get Rommil to make a gmail and change the accout information of your account (e-mail and pass) to something random. Don't let him give it to you for a week.

You can get approx 4 days ban if you post same message:
1st time in haven x on trade
2nd time just after that in haven x on zone
3rd time after like 1 minute in haven y on trade
4th time just after that in haven y on zone
After being reported for spamming you will get 2 days ban (if you had already a warning like month, 2 months ago). If its warning repeat it.
After that while you are banned use another account to log in to game and get caught (or maybe its even system which recognizes it) and at the end of first ban it will be extended by another 2 days.
Another extra option to extend ban is to swear on forum (no matter if you swear by yourself or you are just quoting someone who sweared), at first time being caught (you can send a support request and show that post to GMs) you should propably get a warning but after another one you will get 1 day ban in game.

On a more serious note, is it that difficult to refrain from playing this game for a week?
If so, then I think a break from the game would be beneficial to you.

I can't say I know how you feel due to the fact that I'm F2P and this patch hasn't really
changed anything for me. That being said, I see how it could bother you, along with a lot
of other players, and hopefully Three Rings will do something, at least, about the UV locking.
