It's doing it again for me.
It's doing it again for me. It happened in the same manner. I was on the floor that was causing problems for people earlyer this morning. Both times I clicked return to Haven and when I did it boots me out to the login screen. Then I get the error again.

Same here, have been able to log in, but when i went to enter a dungeon, i got kicked to logon screen.
Until then i get "Failed to connect to the server".
PS: i have updated the game 4 hours ago.

Try to turn your router off,
Try to turn your router off, wait like 1 min and pur it on again, it'll reset your Ip and hopefully you'll be able to log again, atleast that's what happened to me, not sure if it was a coincidence

Ok, at least it's not only
Ok, at least it's not only me. I tried to go down the Coral Ghost gate and got booted, and am now getting a "Failed Connecting to Server" message whenever I log on. Not cool.

We are aware of this issue
We are aware of this issue and looking into it!
When this happens you'll usually be able to log back in again after 10-15mins.
Sorry for the trouble with this folks!
