While I know you need money and all...focusing on getting money is going to make you lose money. While I'm not saying it's bad to have stuff you need to buy and all, you need to turn out a less promos. It would probably make many happy if you dropped everything and starting working on new enemies, new bosses, new rooms for clockwork levels, new equipment, and recreating the cloned cowboy hat art. For the last while, all the stuff you have been making are new accessories, new eyes and height, new accessories, the DLC, new accessories, more fashion, and adding stuff that costs more that 50k. Really, when something costs that much, an F2P player is going to ignore it, because he would rather use his crowns and energy on gaining more equipment that will help him proceed.

I really think you need to make this game more popular to gear up for Diablo 3 so that it doesn't knock you out of the MMORPG ring with a single blow.

Yes, this game needs more solid content; not more accessories, not more costumes, but solid content with enemies, missions, and so forth. This forum has many excellent ideas for such content which may be under processing at Three Rings as we speak, so to speak; by which I mean at this very moment since I am not speaking verbally.

As a user, are you going to contribute to the solid content you are asking for? Others have, you may as well since you are asking for it. Do we need new missions? New bosses? New equipment? Why am I still asking these questions? You know what to do already.

Sorry, but no. Content that costs CR is F2P content. Don't complain about it being "too expensive". I support there being more P2P expansions, but I also support there being some more F2P content.

Look, OOO is going to focus Pay-to-play players before F2P players. Ever heard of money? OOO is trying to get it, and needs it for this game to be free at all. So I have just one thing to say to you:

Ok, well, I was just thinking that it would be easier to count supporters if everyone posting is supporting and then just counting the replies. If that's the case, I'll get rid of that. Anyway, what I mean by being too expensive is, if you don't buy CE with $$, you probably won't come by all that many crs unless you grind the h*** out of FSC, and many(or some, I don't really know.) don't really want to do that.(Me included.) They can get better equipment sooner if they save their cr for said equipment. Of course a lot of this is available to F2P players, but it is hard to come by that much money.

I know a friend who has a couple extremely high cost accessories, such as wolver tails, valkyrie wings, and dragon wings. He hasn't paid a single dime into the game and he doesn't grind insanely, either.

If you have patience, then anything can be gotten without spending a dime (save for an elevator pass or the OCH expansion).

But yes. P2P content should be focused on. It's all fair.

heyeheyhey, Autofire, they can't just drop everything they're doing to focus on F2P content. They have to make P2P content from time to time because it can't provide them profits forever. They have to make new releases on end-game content to keep the P2P on the game (they get to end-game pretty fast).
And you're not considering that even though they have only a few employees at OOO (as far as I know), they never focused on P2P content exclusively. If you haven't noticed, the patches always come on a really fast rate, faster than weekly patches, usually 7 times per month, and if not only for the usual bugfixes, they come filled with tweaks on gameplay, on the UI, item/monster balancing etc..
And wth, are you really saying that Diablo 3 will "knock out" Spiral Knights? Dude they don't even have the same target audience, Diablo 3 is rated for MATURE, and it isn't even an MMO, on the first place.
And also this: "Content that costs CR is F2P content". They may be expensive for a series of reasons (crown-sinks, end-game content...), but if it can be aquired with crowns or even CE, it is not "P2P content".

I'm wondering the same thing. There will be plenty of people not playing Diablo 3 due to its always online DRM and/or lack of modding, among other reasons.

What made me make this is the

What made me make this is the fact that some old faces such Shoebox /cry are leaving because so there haven't been many game play type upgrades. I don't mean drop ALL of the P2P content, I just mean clinging to P2P isn't going to work that great. I know that everything can bought with just cr, but I'm saying that not all of us grind FSC like that. This isn't coming from a F2Per, either. I don't buy CE that much, but I do sometimes, and I've bought the DLC.

But it doesn't seem fair to players who can't get on that often, because they don't get much of any chance to have enough spare cr to buy that stuff unless they pay. The point of a game is to have fun playing it anyway, so new levels would be nice. The most recent F2P expansion that effected most of us was the missions, and the last one before that was the Twins, but the gap between the two of them was huge.

Yes, your right. I'm sorry. I was upset because Shoebox was leaving, and he has been a supporter (I think) since before I got on. (And this was while Slooms where still around.)
