How massive are we talking?
How massive are we talking? I have a decent amount of currency to work with, so I could cover a moderately sizable difference, if necessary. From what I've heard, 3* base items are remarkably hard to get good UVs on because you can't cheaply craft them (compared to 2*, at least). I assumed from the start that I would have to provide something to cover the difference, but I like to think that it couldn't be too ridiculous. That being said, I could have seriously underestimated the value of a Very High CTR UV...

Well, I was ludicrously far off. Any estimates on a Haze bomb with CTR High UV?
My advice on this would be that regardless of the bomb in question, the difference from CTR High to VH in price is going to be massive. You might have better luck looking for a CTR High haze bomb.
