So i was trading and trading on the crstal market, and now i cant post any offers to buy CE, whenever i post an offer i get the CE sell offer and a tiny refund, what should i do?

At the moment you posted the offer, someone SOLD it for cheaper. Put 2 and 2 together and you should understand that you got the CE and a small refund since the price was LESS than what you offered

Usually, that happens when there's a better deal (ex: you're buying CE but at the same time you posted it, someone bought it for cheaper). That usually means that instead of spending, say 6640 CR, you only spent 6460 CR instead.
