Part I:
The skylark crashes on cradle, and the Strangers introduce the Spiral knights to it. The alpha squad is formed and they delve down. They reach the Gloamering Wildwoods and defeat ol' Snarby. Passing through Moorcroft, they descend and reach the RJP. While fighting the Royal Jelly, Rulen shoots a bullet, ignoring the slimes surrounding him. The bullet defeats the Royal Jelly, but Rulen falls under the combined assault. In his honor, the squad erects his corpse as a monument on a white flag and descend in silence. They reach Emberlight and learn of the Gremlins. In another scene, Warmaster Seerus approaches King Tinkinzar with a plan
INTERVAL
The squad now reaches the Jigsaw valley, and find an excess of gremlins logging the area. They fight through and hit the FSC. As they brave through it, their primitive tracking devices explode in the heat and they are, effectively, lost. Considering this a Class-'A' emergency, two squads, Lambda and Delta, are prepared and sent through different gates. Lambda passes through the Wildwoods and see the corpses of wolvers and Snarby acting as pointers. Delta moves through a deconstruction zone and both hit Moorcroft. Continuing, Lambda reaches the IMF and face the Roarmulus twins while Delta pass through the RJP and see Rulen's corpse. The strangers tell the spiral knights of Almire's lore and this is communicated to Lambda and Delta. In another scene, an irate Tinkinzar slashes Seerus' face, forcing him to wear a mask. Tinkinzar announces that he will lead a new plan, teaming with the fiends of Sol' Fork.
Part II:
The strangers now tell the knights of the six families of enemies in the Clockworks. They are told of the fiends, whose House of Sol'Fork has representatives of each Fiend (Devilite, Greaver and Wing) but not Trojan, as they are mere automata powered by fiendish magic. Instead, an empty chair exists which used to hold a member of the Legion of Ur, the only Trojans to gain sentience. The strangers believe that the fiends wish to recall the banished Legion. Lambda and Delta, who reach opposite ends of Sol'Fork, are warned and they continue, destroying two Devilite witches Tsunia and Bopana. They now reach the FSC, again at opposite ends. As they fight toward Lord Vanaduke, the temperature regulator of a member of Delta fails and he dies. The army of Almire destroy a bridge, killing a member of Lambda. The enraged squads now fight towards Vana's castle, where they find him fighting Alpha squad (Yes, Vana takes that long in the movie). They join the battle and so kill him. The fires of Almire die and the land turns into a dead ruin, no more populated by the sad spirits of the once proud nation. The team descend in silence.
INTERVAL
As the combined squads of Alpha, Delta, and Lambda walk toward the core, they see another world twisting around them. It has an ambient purple light with shadows flitting across, acquiring and loosing shape. The shadows form two Snarbolaxes fighting each other, a majestic royal jelly shrouded in mists and fog, giant fiery hounds, and a behemoth with a menacing mask. They also see a pillar of light. The squads now reach the core, where they find King Tinkinzar with the gremlin army blocking the way. A light shines on the king, revealing him to be a deformed human.
Part III:
Considering the losses of Alpha, Delta, and Lambda 'high treason' and 'proof of incompetence', a new group of knights try to overtake the rule of Kora and Feron. They form a rival faction, the 'Counter Knights', and civil war breaks out, which is immediately shifted to an empty land outside haven. The strangers desperately try to settle the war, even as the combined squads at the core are pushed through a battle arena to satisfy King Tinkinzar. Another Knight falls as he attacks a Trojan head-on, and one of the knights manages to repair the communicator. A desperate SOS is sent to the surface, and a temporary truce is called as the rival factions agree to send an army to the core.
INTERVAL
The army reaches the core just as the last arena is won by the army. King Tinkinzar declares war on the humans as monsters from all tiers arrive to fight. A squad accidentally reaches the shadow lair and fights to the Sanctuary, from where they can see the battle. The Sky Pillar(forgive the Nintendo reference), the pillar of light seen by the three squads, grants the squad four new guns with which they snipe large sections of the Cradle army, killing Seerus in the process. The knights win and King Tinkinzar is spared, as the members of the clockworks are condemned to forever stay within its tunnels. The spiral knights return to the surface, where they see human ships approaching in to land.
THE END
"Film"
After reading the first four lines I wouldn't give you money to make this film because I lost interest.
There isn't even a main character and the "story" really bored me.
Awesomesock; storyboard is another thing. I don't know how to name this, really.
