Those are ideal UVs for a DA, but not so much for a Brandish-type weapon. Nevertheless, I'd say you could probably pull about 50k CE for it.
Despite the increased cost (for having both), I don't think it would sell for any more than that. Again, ASI VH on a Brandish-type just isn't that valuable... most of your profit is going to come from the CTR VH. The value would skyrocket on a DA with those same UVs, though (or any other two-swing sword).
But, the CE market is very up and down. You never know what someone would be willing to pay for it just to have it... (those type of spenders are unpredictable in their valuation of an item).
On that same note, CE prices are dropping recently (a noticed trend in the Bazaar)--so the value of this item could be dropping as well, in which case the 40k CE prediction above me is probably more accurate.

That's not what I was saying (if you were talking to me).
What I was saying is CTR VH is very valuable on Brandish-type weapons, but ASI VH is not. Look at the market prices and you will see they corroborate what I am saying (CTR VH sells for 30k CE to 40k CE; ASI VH is having a tough time selling for 10k CE right now). On the other hand, 2-swing swords like DA tend to have good prices in both CTR VH and ASI VH. From what I've observed, you simply don't buy a UV Brandish-type for attack speed... the weapon is almost always used for its charge attack.
Also, I don't think 50k CE is a bad price. That's $125 USD for one item. You could get a full White Rose set for that (based on some of the recent seller postings).
