After differing periods of time playing the game (usually no more than a few minutes) it always freezes. On one of my computers I keep getting a message saying "The ialmrnt5 display driver has stopped working properly" etc, and on the other the game freezes, the screen goes black and then turns into the blue screen with white text.
The driver complication is extremely confusing seeing as both my java and drivers are up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client multiple times.
Has anyone else had these problems and fixed them? If so, what did you do? Please let me know, it's really quite frustrating to have to spend energy just to have the game freeze up on me.
That's a crash from an Intel Integrated Graphics Driver. Have you updated your driver from your computer vendor's site or have you obtained up to date drivers directly from Intel's site?
There can be a large difference as many vendors have a habit of cutting off support for these devices when Intel is still fixing some nasty bugs.
Out of curiosity, what is the video device you are trying to run the game on?
