New games in the Genesis/SNES era cost around $40-$50 bucks, and that was in 1992 dollars. 15 bucks for a game is a steal these days, considering the value of a dollar.
For my part, I played the demo of Episode 1, and yes, the physics made me weep openly. I hope they're much improved for Episode II, although not so much that I'm sad there won't be an Episode III. Oh well, there's always Sonic 5.
Ahem, back to SK-things. Perhaps not an accessory, but actual game items? Make them obtainable in-game somehow (Basil could use some love, after all) and drop one or two on people who buy Sonic 4: Ep. II . Current ideas: Sonic Shoes (trinket: mov. speed increase) Knuckles's Gloves (sword, short range with fast attack, normal dmg) and Egg Blaster (gun, shadow dmg - need more of those)
Finally, to avoid getting this thread dumped in the Suggestions forum entirely, I think a patch on this date wouldn't be out of the question.

SK has done two(?) cross-game promos with Sonic stuff before, so this is certainly related.
You'd have to bump the rest of the speculation threads too, which would leave us with...well, not much besides griping and bragging.

To be correct...
Episode II may sound like a new game, but it's really a continuation to Sonic 4.
Icycloud, Sonic 2 was released BEFORE Sonic 3, not after.
I hope a big update with something like Guildhalls will come, but I'm not to sure. Better not be a CE promo... AGAIN.
