A New Way to Fend Off Beggars

I figured a new way to get those scrambling beggars away. Throw a mini-contest!
Have them guess what sword, bomb, or gun you have equipped. Let them guess. If they get it, they can get some of the money. Then have them guess the next equip. If they get that, they get a bit more. I have 3 weapons, so I repeat a third time. However, you can make it so they have x* tries. I did this with someone who asked for 3 CE (there's more that happened before this, but... I'm not going to call them out). I told them I'd give them 10 CE to guess my third equipped sword. If they guessed it, they got 10 CE. Turns out, the beggars don't know the weapons of SK, as they then continued to ask me "I don't know what is sword". It's not cruel because it's a free way for them to get money, while facing a challenge. If you choose to do this, remember to turn off full inspect, and please be fair. Don't trick beggars if they actually got it right.

Problems
A. This is not cruel enough.
B. They might actually get cr or ce from this, which would encourage them to keep begging.
C. Even if you would trick them and never give them anything, B could still apply because they thought they had a chance.
So yeah, the old way is still the best way.

begging!
begging is already wrong in some way, i rather they just give me something in return like useless materials. that way i wont feel like i gave my money for free.

It's supposed to be really difficult for them since most are ignorant to higher weapons, or lower if you want to trick them more. Anyways, Tersakaff, I said that you would turn off full inspect...

inspect doesn't work necessarily
As long as you don't have "Allow Full Inspect" on/selected, they cannot see your weapons or your actual equipped armor or trinkets. They can still see your armor costume and shield though.
Easier way- Costume with Nub gear :3 Unless they pay close attention to your shield, they'll probably leave you mostly alone :3

If they ask me for money I just show them the ammount they are looking for on trade, and I just sit there without confirming until they get tired of waiting.

I do a very, very, risky thing with beggars.
It is just so satisfying though..
Put a large sum of money in the trade window. If they don't click confirm right away, then CLICK CONFIRM.
Yes, click confirm. Right after that however, I immediately close the window. I leave them thinking how much money they could have gotten.

Er...
I like The-Fal's idea, where you pay them just enough to do a specific task.
Ideas for tasks (let's come up with more):
Fountain Laps @ 10cr per lap
Sitting then standing repeatedly @ 5 cr per sequence of sit-stand
Answering questions correctly @ 100 cr per correct answer
Leftward spinning @ 1 cr per spin (estimate)
More suggestions welcome!
