It would be nice if when you clicked on a thread topic, it loaded the topic with the most recent posts starting on the screen. On some long threads, it gets annoying loading them, always starting at the beginning and having to scroll down to pick up the conversation at its current point.
im not sure id want that to be the default, but most forums have a way of quickly accessing the most recent post (via a different link, usually something like clicking the username /date in the "most recent post" column
