Ohaii all I'm Jsang, fresh and clean to the forum.

I've been very upset lately due to an incident that took place during a laggy day, and I can't seem to be able to spot a GM who has his authority to resolve issues that I can have a proper talk with. Do any one knows of a kind GM that I can discuss my problem regarding an extreme unfair treatment from certain authorities that could possibly lead to legal annoying issues??

You're technically supposed to click the 'Help' button ingame,(the Question mark button top left.), Find 'Support' and click 'Ingame support' You will be taken to the forum login site. Log in, then proceed with your 'Ingame Request'.

Unless you're looking to report someone for misconduct or something, where you just right click them and click 'report' of type '/complain [playername here, minus the brackets]' and follow the prompts from there.

Also, you may wanna surf through the New recruits section of the forum. A lot of 'newbie' questions are asked there, and people are more tolerant to them there. Here, you may be raged at. Some people don't appreciate new guys coming here, because they often talk about things they have no-idea about/can easily find out themselves.

My sincere apology for not being familiar with the place, I'll browse around more!
I have tried using support tickets, but it is a complicated issue, it is hard to communicate there unless the receipient is very active.

A bug that I ran into, destroyed my happiness in spiral knights entirely and I wish that the employees / staff will do good by me by resolving the issue, afterall, I'm a loyal, paid player / customer, it feels horrible like (a consumer buying an expensive entertainment but the product's faulty that also negatively affected consumer's emkotion). Do the consumer deserve some sort of treatment, any one agree?

A reply will come, you can be sure of that.

However, at around this time, there won't be any GM's active. Just their work hours that prevent that methinks.

The recipient is not personalized. While discussing an issue, you may find you get replies from a different GM every time.

Atala.... Sorry I don't remember her full name sent me an email informing me she'll be sending me a leading GM for my issue, I pray that he'll understand my issue. I just didn't know it could take time for them to serve us and ended up sitting and waited infront my laptop for 12 hours, wasnt in the right state of mind this is embarassing =]

Would you give me your opinion? What happened was, I have 2 in-game witness, and 2 real life witness who sat next to me while i was doing this. I freshly made by dream perfect weapon after a long hard swear and afford, I upgraded it from an autogun to Needle shot, and was super aware and careful (for an item of perfect standard any one would be careful naturally) and made sure transfer UV, etc, every thing is perfect to go, but funnily... what came back was a plain blank needle shot, the UVs were, vanished and that absolutely shouldnt happen right?

If I am indeed a victim, do you think a roll back or replacement will be provided?

Yeah

GM's can check history of your character on most things (they won't check thing that breach your privacy unless ABSOLUTELY necessary, if EVER), so if they find you innocent and are indeed the victim of an unfortunate bug/slip of the finger, then they are more likely than not going to rectify that for you.

if you have an autogun with said UVs you wanted in your arsenal, it means that you had more than one autogun, and another was used in the craft.

happened to me too... i wasted about 1k ce because of that but it IS my fault for not checking..

how did you know what item i was talking about? were you there when i was making it? can you possibly be a witness for me? have you taken any ss by chance? Just in care I need it for some consumers protection thing i have, nothing to relate to this topic. But I believe in Hyperion, he gives out impression as a person who justifying and professional. As a former employer of similar field.

Tersakaff : the Autogun was won in a bid fof 400k, it had ASI VH UV on it, the CTR Was rolled with 75k, I have only two other autoguns in my bag that doesnt belong to me.
