i thought it might be a good idea to have OOO have a cr to ce market that stays at a consistent cost of cr for the ce for those who don't like the changing one run by players. and i hate it when i die in a boss fight and the price is 7000 to get energy when some is like 6500.

Because you have already been flamed, I will ATTEMPT to explain to you why everyone thinks this sucks.

What's the point of having the player market then? When all you need to do is go to the 'constant' one whenever the CE price gets high? The market is supposed to be player controlled, adding an alternative like this will completely destroy that.
The CE comes from players who BUY ce with real money, who then put it onto the market to sell. Sometimes, when they want to, OOO MAY put in some ce. Otherwise, it's all from the players.
Adding a consistent market will render he variable market completely useless.

Bear in mind, the game was not designed to care what happened to you. Like you said, the market is variable. Maybe then, you should save enough cr to buy ce if you REALLY need it instead of blowing it out on whatever you're blowing it out on.
I usually keep at least 20K on me, even when I spend big, because being caught with no cash when you need it sucks.
That, or buy ce every chance you get and stockpile it. Or stockpile cr. Whatever. This is a problem YOU have to deal with. Asking for it to go away is the wrong move.
And don't blame the other posters for being mad. This has come up a lot, and a lot of us are tired of having to shoot them down.
And before you think that I'm just being another hater, bear in mind that I was once at your stage too, with little/no cash on hand and always having to punch out of a run because I couldn't afford a revive.
Also bear in mind that I could've been really sarcastic in my post, but chose not to.
So if you still think I'm hating, remember: it could be worse.
The price does not change by that much in a single day unless someone is derping around with it.
The CE trade amongst players is controlled and contributed to by players. It is not the responsibility of Three Rings to cater to individual requests, especially when they are selfish; you are asking for the CE price to be cheaper so you can energy revive cheaper.
