Funny thing is, he appeared after I opened a Mirrored Lockbox containing Extra Short mod. (We were both tiny! :3)
Final picture has him saying Hi to me in the chat log. [/ego]
EDIT: He also opened a Mirrored Lockbox next to the group: He got Vacant Eyes.
