Diablo and Spiral Knights are completely different games with completely different models, why should OOO be worried?
That's like saying since there's been a new COD, TF2 will die. It hasn't and it won't, they're completely different and only have a loose-defined genre in common.
The only people who will leave spiral knights for diablo are the people who have short attention spans when it comes to gaming, and would probably leave Diablo as soon as that got a week or two's fill, and wouldn't bother being completionists or getting the best gear or anything. In which case, they probably didn't contribute too horribly much to the SK community anyway.

Sure, there's exceptions, but I highly doubt massive Diablo fans are playing Spiral Knights in the mean time to quench their thirst for Diablo, and are playing it because they found it entertaining in it's own right.

<--- Definably getting D3. Played the Beta. Thought it was a significant improvement over D2, which admittedly, is a really dated and stale game. Would really like to play SK more, but, the endgame content is so vapid... Need new stuff to do.

Ya but acquiring the Japanese ROM via legitimate methods, and playing it on my DS via my un-named device means I can play it befor EU release, I did it with HG/SS and B/W so its alllll good :D
