my dang Hail Driver needs to be timed?! It doesn't hit duke & instead gets reflected from his fire balls yet the blitz needle can easily go through them?? Why is this??
So how come the Blitz Needle can penetrate through Lord Vana's fire balls but..

What are you talking about? Blitz needle rounds don't penetrate fireballs.
Fireballs block all projectiles.
Just use a Blitz needle, it's more effective than Hail Driver.
