Hey everyone,

Now that they have nerfed the RJP runs, I find it much harder to earn crowns and make a profit off it (especially that 100 CE now costs 7k crowns) and I now get about 2300 at most per run. I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas on how to make a good amount of crowns (sadly I'm a T2 player atm, trying to earn enough crowns to get me to tier 3) and RJP runs aren't really worth it anymore imo.

Any ideas on how to earn a decent amount of crowns would be great, and any tips that more experienced players can give me would be great too!

2 first levels of RJP = 2k crowns = 1k per 10 ce. If 100ce is 7k-then 10 ce cost 700.

You win at least 300cr, assuming you spend crystal energy.

Thanks, I was just wondering on a good way to make a lot of crowns, because I would like to buy things like accessories for my armour, but a lot of them are quite expensive crown - wise, so I was wondering if there are any other methods that can make you a lot of crowns =/

nope

Honestly, don't focus on accessories until you can consistently run FSC in t3. Get to T3 first, and then you will find crowns a bit easier to earn.

7-8k per run

You earn more per run, about 7-8k per run(including Vanaduke). For FSC the main damage type is shadow from slag walkers and trojans, some elemental damage from gun puppies and the shadow fire, and piercing damage from jellies, oilers, and wolvers(though very few of all three). People like bringing fire resistance as well. For weapons you should bring an elemental sword for all the slag walkers and then a Shivermist or a Blitz Needle for Vanaduke. The Blitz Needle is also very useful for killing trojans in one charge.

An easy one I learned a while

An easy one I learned a while back is to buy 100 CE, wait for 100 mist, then buy a Weapon Slot trinket (150 energy). Then sell it on the AH, where they normally go for 15.5k to 16k+. The end result is a 7k investment for an 8k or 9k or even 10k profit. The only downside is you have to use all your mist to do so. But if you're not playing for a while but have some leftover CE it can be an easy way to make a profit in your downtime. Good luck!

Trinket slots now look like they're selling for between 4-6k, so I will probably give that one a miss, but thanks for the idea anyway. Now, which mission run would you guys say is a good way to earn crowns to upgrade my equipment, so I can go do FSC runs. (If possible could you include crowns earned for the whole run and if you went solo or in a team).

5k is for doing the first 3 levels (d24-26).
If you do d27 as well, you can get close to 7k.
If you do it all the way, it's around 7-8k, but Seals also have value (1k each) if you don't need the items.

I just don't see much difference in RJP payouts, the last two runs I did post-patch got me 2.8k and 2.7k.

Could be random, I guess.

Just to let you know, for n00bs, getting fire protection is essential when doing FSC. You will definitely find that fire dmg kills you the most, especially with lag happening. Any armour that protects vs fire is a good investment.
I find that its easy dealing with avoiding zombie dmg if you time the dodges (zombies do shadow dmg), and im using ash tail w a shadow med uv. The other creeps (beasts/jelly) are minimal, and the constructs do fire dmg.

For weapons, you can't go wrong with DA, tho people complain of its speed. Otherwise Voltedge/Glacius is the way to go. Obviously the most popular builds are swordsman, i dunno how good the new patch is for gunner builds, tho.

And the tokens you get from defeating vana is worth around 1k each if you sell the token armour (30 tokens to a vendor gives you 1 5* armour = 30kcr as mentioned by Evilnut)

Get an elevator pass, seriously, get it and then go do the tier 2 arcade until the terminal, the buy recepies there and sell them for higher prices at ah (made quite a profit off that)
