I am just curious why those people who put little or no money into the game are the ones who get rewarded by issues with the game. I've always seen things along the lines of "sorry it took so long, half price elevators". However, how does that help us who actually BUY the elevator pass? We are the ones who were probably most affected by the long shut down last time, seeing as how we can go down as far as we want and as many times as we want. I see that and I think to myself "and... what's the point?". Maybe do a half price revive or something...

Well yeah...
@Juances
That would be sort of fair, but the issue Kelpiee is getting at is that half price elevators are offered for a limited time to the non-paying players, whereas if you buy elevator passes, essentially being a paying player, you miss out because you've already paid. I don't think the amount of money is the issue so much as that it seems the free players get a break where people who do put money into it don't. Now if elevator passes were able to just add on to the remaining time instead of just resetting, then that would be different.
lol, all you can demand is an extension of the pass for whatever amout of hours it was down. Fair enough.
