A Brief History:
-This guild was founded by Liveshell and Jetfuelgirl, on April 28th, 2011. This guild was like many guilds, starting out anew. However, they learned and progressed through the game, eventually molding the guild to the more experienced play-styles. The guild grew over time, reaching 80+ members, and it's reached a nice state.

An Explanation of the Name:
A biblical phrase that means "On an eagle's wings", in Latin. The more thorough reference goes as such: "but those who wait for the Lord shall find their strength renewed, they shall mount up on wings like eagles, they shall run and not grow weary, they shall walk and not grow faint."

About the Guild Itself:
We're a fun guild that likes to talk within our guild chat. Alis Aquilae prides itself upon its members. The members, officers, and guild masters are all mature and know their way with the game. A lot of times, guild members will help each other with a particular mission if necessary. Also, a good amount of times there will be at least one person doing a FSC run. These runs are fun to do with members, as most have a good amount of experience with these levels. In the guild chat, we talk about Spiral Knights, but sometimes it can vary. I recall one time we had Klip fish slapping everyone. He had no mercy! Interestingly, this isn't a guild that you need to be fashionable for. There are members, such as myself, who love to dress up in our costumes. It's nice to see how others look, but skill takes priority to fashion (for the most part xD).

#1 You will Behave responsibly and maturely, to cultivate atmosphere of Teamwork you will support your fellow players and work with them to better yourself and each other.

#2 You will not in G chat or and other chat Publicly humiliate or slander a Guildmate or make a complaint about said guild, if you have an issue bring it up in private or with an officer/GM if the situation requires moderating.

#3 Upon request of another player to join you in an emergency situation IE your entire team is lying dead on the floor, you will make clear the situation and the level/Gear set the backup player should bring.

#4 You will not under any circumstances beg or request money or CE from a guildmate or other spiral knights player, this is an Imediate removal rule, if you are caught committing this act you will be booted, and Blacklisted by the guild.

#5 If you plan on leaving regular spiral knights play for a time greater than 1 week you will be required to give Notice to an officer or GM, if you are gone longer than 2 weeks without explaining you will be Removed from the guild, (Officers will first be demoted and then removed)

Requirements:
-You must have 5* gear, or be on the border of it. (Exceptions can be made to those who demonstrate superb skill)
-You have to demonstrate great skill, but we can help if you feel like you aren't good enough yet.
-You must be mature.
-You got to have fun, be respectful, and try to be social.

Lockdown:
We are trying to start up some GvG lockdown. It'll be encouraging to see some new, great players to tear up the field. Some of our members do participate in Lockdown, such as I, on a daily/weekly basis. We respect all play-styles.
