I have created a King of the Ashes room but nobody joins it. The party was unlocked btw. So I invited a friend and then rejoined the room. And now people could. So what's wrong?
Nobody joins the party but friends.

If the party is unlocked, you can get anyone. It wasn't locked. Oh, and you can do missions with PUGs - you probably have a locked party by default.
@Petertoman Two questions:
1. Which time zone are you/your friend in? When were you playing it?
2. Do you or your friend have 'Party with Any' checked?
If I know these, I think I can tell you the answer.

well only guild members and friends can join you so probarly one his friends or guild members entered the room :P I wish you could do missions with random people even if it arent guild members or friends.
