You are going solely on the averages. I know that i crafted 1k CE worth of thwack hammers, and got an ASI VH, 2 ASI med, a gremlin VH and countless other UV's, at more than a 1/10 rate. It's a guideline, and if someone is looking for something to mistcraft, and maybe payoff, this is it. It doesnt have to be done right away, I'll be around for a while yet.
I'd also remind you that the math was only ever tested on 1* mist bombs, prior to punch being released. That being said, if someone happens to craft one of these and feels my bounty isn't high enough, i'm willing to listen.
I'll admit I don't know what good UVed 1*s usually go for. If mistcrafting them is profitable in itself (is it?), then I guess my criticism doesn't apply.
Also, 1*s seem to get UVs at like a 30% rate for some reason. Maybe I just have a really lucky sample set, but I've probably crafted a few hundred of the things and it's MUCH higher than I've seen with 2*s.
Of course this could just be fallacious and in reality there's no reason for it, but I feel like 1*s are more likely to have variants.

Not sure what you mean by that... it is for a t1 LD loadout, yes (a couple of them, actually)

Don't get me wrong; it's a fair price (maybe?) if someone was already crafting, or just happened to have these, but if the idea is for your reward to be adequate incentive for people to craft these specifically, the price is not quite right.
