I don't wanna be here alone while everyone plays Diablo 3. :'(
Hellooooo? Is anyone out there?
I don't wanna be here alone with those ppl posting pointless threads like this. Why im answering here anyways?
I'm kind of worried too, a lot of my guildies and friends aren't around.
@Asu Then leave.
Don't mind me, but has he took a number two in his pants once?
Either we have many newbies due to recent updates or the people who sold energy cheap are going, cause energy now is at 7200 and rising... which isn't quite newbie friendly.
Also, why compare apples to oranges? They are two 90% different games ._.u
Don't worry, they'll soon enough come back http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2012-05-15-someone-has-finished-diablo...
A Gamer:
Ignore story of a game, ignore appearance of a game; just care for the racials, the gear stats, & the weapons & reach end-game as their only goal when they start playing a game.
'A Gamer' < That statement is too broad.
'A Blizzard Gamer' < That should fix it ^^
Im sure Blizzard is very happy for all that advertisement you do for them and they dont have to pay a dime for it.
don't worry, Diablo looks like crap, and won't destroy Spiral thingys.
Don't worry, gaiz! You all get to keep my company until at least Torchlight 2 comes out! /cheer
Now slightly more serious: Screw Diablo 3, I don't want to pay $60 for a game I've invested virtually no time into learning the lore about. I'm waiting for Torchlight 2 because it's only $20, seems to have as much gameplay, looks more fun, and it's usually considerably less grim than Diablo at times. I want to play games that I know I'll enjoy and I just don't see as much of that in Diablo compared to Torchlight.
Maybe Vananaduke will be less stressed now
Maybe he'll stop charging from corner to corner
Maybe he'll hire a maiden to clean all that shadow fire on the roof finally and stop her from crying
Maybe he'll leave his mace at home
Maybe he'll find a better plastic surgeon to fix that face in place
Maybe he'll even give up on showing us his balls
Maybe he'll even sit down a bit, and order his guards to do so too
And have a nice tea with us
...
brb drawing vana teaparty.
Don't forget the crumpets and tea cozies!!!
@Dukeplatypus
I might get Diablo 3 later just cause a lot of my friends and guildies are, but Torchlight 2 is actually something that I'm interested in. It looks like a great game and the first Torchlight got pretty good reviews. And yeah, it definitely looks less grim than Diablo, lol. I mean... c'mon, a game that blatantly has DEVIL as the title sounds depressing.
Yeah umm... here's The Cycle of SK atm as I see it
Diablo 3 release.
lots of players go OMGWTFBQQ and leave to grind THAT game for a while.
They finish it in a day
They try on a harder mode
They get bored after 2 weeks
Sk stayers post random stuff on forums and entertain ourself while.
We Rage at newbs <--- i think were about here.
They return and..
TIMELINE PARADOX
Either OOO has awesome new content that people will judge for being too pricey, but play it anyway
Or OOO does nothing and they fluxuate between games
Or they actually get an amazing update everyone loves and we're all friends :D
Anyone care to add to that?
@Not-Tersakoff
Hey, I wanna draw too! Um... Right, about that Engrish essay...
I might play D3 just because I have it for free since I got the WoW Annual Pass, but I don't really care for it. I could never get into D2. :\
xylka honestly sir, (or ma'am) you are far too optimistic...by far.
Worst case scenario: Or they actually get an amazing horrid update everyone hates and we all fillet each other in the forums. D :
Best case scenario: Or they actually get an amazing update that half the community hates, and the other half is mildly in favor of :D and we bicker nicely back and forth.
Edit^^this is a criticism of us, not them, lol. For the record.
Still here, never even considered buying diablo 3 once. The only reason I looked forward to today is because it meant ppl on reddit would shut up about it by tomorrow.
Im sure Blizzard is very happy for all that advertisement you do for them and they dont have to pay a dime for it.
You must be one of those "social drinkers".
Don't worry, they'll soon enough come back
