Frozen between levels

This happened when going from Clockwork Terminal at Depth 13 to the next floor down. The game client froze and would not load the next level, though the music kept playing and I could bring up the regular menu with Esc.

I had this happen to me just

I had this happen to me just a few moments ago.

It means you were disconnected from the server.
I noticed this when the vendor wasn't displaying any items in his shop.
