Doesn't matter if he hasn't done anything yet if he's threatening you. Preemptive strike him in the face with the report button.

A threat to hack is more than enough of a reason to report a player.

As long as he does not know your acc user and pass, you can be safe. OOO suggest you never give out anything about your account

Screenshot him saying it, upload the pic somewhere and send a report with the link... if you think it's an actual threat and not some kid talking out their butt. Most people that threaten to hack your account are lucky to be able to remember their own password, much less figure out somebody else's sign in info.
If you think its an actual threat then report and, if your password is an easy one ("asdfgh" herp derp) change your password.

Report him, and stop worrying.
Chances are he doesn't even know his parent's password to their email, let alone try hacking someone. Its the lowest form of a threat, but has the worst consequences if it does happen, which it usually does not.

File a complaint against the player ingame. You can do this by either right-clicking on the player and selecting "complain", or by using the chat command /complain [playername]
