I want to know which elemental brandish upgrade is best. I already have the shockburst recipe, but i don't know if it is the best one.

The only difference is the charge:
Glacius: Freezes enemies, letting you charge attack them over and over, freeze locking them in place.
Combuster: Catch enemies on fire, letting you deal tremendous damage to them over time.
Voltedge: Shock enemies, letting you deal damage to them, while keeping them in place.
Basically, you could put them on a continuum-
Damage-----------------------------------Holding things still
It would go-
Combuster - Voltedge - Glacius
Voltedge is good for FSC in terms of damage on slags, but then that doesn't matter too much.
Get what suits your interests, of course, but if I had to recommend one, I'd say glacius. Of course, voltedge is also good, and you've got the recipe for it, so you might as well go for that one, as it isn't that much better/different of a weapon.

Another reason I recommend Combuster
Vaporizer bombs. That's right. With these, you can put your favorite status on everything within a large radius. People might pick Glacius or Voltedge in FSC because their status effects are usable there, but there are alternatives. For example, the Voltedge. Its shock might hinder its knockback and therefore the sword becomes somewhat unpredictable. Why not drop a Voltaic Tempest (shocking everything around you) and then start chain-charging a Combuster for better overall dps?

There is no "best" per se
This has been posted before, however I'm at work so its easier to answer.
Combuster does most overall damage, as monsters can ride the wave of the charge, and fire as status is DPS.
Acheron is for slimes and gremlins, no status.
Glacius freezes on charge, great for Crowd control, not so much for damage. Great Lockdown sword as well
Voltedge is balance, shock does damage, and inhibits movement.

It is the ONLY elemental Brandish capable of forcing targets to ride the entire wave, dealing massive damage in the process. In addition, the fire power level is Strong, meaning that if the blast doesn't kill, the target's still going to burn to death. Even without fire (as in FSC) it can still inflict the full explosion chain, consistently out-dpsing the other two Brandishes.
Voltedge is very inconsistent thanks to the properties of shock; sometimes it knocks enemies back, sometimes it doesn't.
Glacius is consistent, but only in the sense that it consistently freezes enemies in place and doesn't really knock back or dish out high damage.
