To clarify
Game masters are customer support agents that serve as a possible relay to developers from players.
Developers determine whether or not new things are implemented.
And from a Dev standpoint, giving players a GM exclusive weapon will destroy balance.
If you want it, maybe it'll appear as a featured reskin like Scissor blades.

1. Its already made, so they wouldn't have to work on it at all- or at least, not work on it that much- to release it.
2. Its stats can be redone, so it wouldn't be over powered. So stop saying balance.
3. As wonderful as scissor blades 2.0 would be, I'd rather have it as a thunder troika.
4. Many players have seen it, and many want it. Releasing it would cause players to spend CE on it, increasing the demand for that.
5. If it was made, its not like the devs would show up and give it to him because he was the one that asked. Don't call him greedy.

Yet again you think only of yourself. Just because YOU want something doesn't mean that the devs are going to put in their time and money to make it. And demanding it like this isn't going to help anything... (besides, any elemental brandish line is far better.)
