Energy Surge = Rage due to CE trending up.
Birdsong Co. Giveaways = Rage because "I have never even heard of that knight" always won.

Gremlins got competent and learned how to mitigate the effects of power surges in the Clockworks.
Birdsong Co. went out of business after giving away too many freebies.

If we're talking have 2 days
If we're talking having 2 days of half elevator costs (48 hours), then wouldnt it make sense to just add 24 hours to all existing elevator passes during an energy surge?
