Yep, I agree with Bopp. There's not much shock to worry about, and if you don't have ASI for the DA either that's a nice thing to have for charge-shielding.
Is this for FSC? I hope so. Otherwise, your weapons are all elemental, so you're going to have serious trouble against beasts and gremlins (and not be great against slimes and fiends either).
The difference is basically shock vs. sword speed. There's a little shock in FSC (namely, trojans bumping you), but not much. So sword speed it is.
