There's no practical PvP or PvE use for it, so it's really a collector's item. In my experience, the 1*s go for about 500 CE (I've sold a couple Shadow Max Emberbreaks and bought a Pierce Max Circuitbreaker), so tack on the base cost of the 3* and you're looking at about 700 CE. Tom-Awsm might be interested in it; I know he's collecting Breaker gear with useless Maxes, so maybe the 3* would catch his interest, too.
Or you could AH it and perhaps get more from people who don't know better. ;) I would probably take the latter path myself.
