Im not that new, but the New Recruits section is for asking questions IMO, so i wont post it in general discussion since that place is for discussing things, not asking questions about single things.

Account sharing. Is it legal?

Example. I have paid account. I go on trip. During that time i give my character name and password to my friend. During that time he plays my account on completly diffrent computer and diffrent IP. When im back i change password and contiune playing by myself.

Legal or not?

There is no way to check that

There is no way to check that kind of thing. I play on multiple computers in different places all the time.

According to the TOS, sharing

According to the TOS, sharing account with someone else is illegal, you can log in from different computers and/or IPs, however. Anyway, there is no way to check who is actually using account at the moment.

Depends.

Legal:
- If the other person has a character in that account (i.e. like my first time in SK)

Illegal:
- TOS Rules follow.

That's just some sort of legal shield. It means that whatever happens, it'll be your fault.

I'd worry if say, your friend is banned and you gave your account so he 'evades' the ban.
