Kal and I met in Tier Zero (our guild) about 15 months or so ago. She lives in South Carolina, I live in Denmark, but hey, that's no hindrance for making friends over the internet. So friendship happened. Friendship grew (and most of our interactions moved over to skype rather than SK). Then feelings beyond friendship grew, which is the main reason behind all the drawings of our knights together. o:
Currently I'm visiting her in SC - been here for a bit over three weeks now. So uh, we're a "in real life" couple. Although the whole "oh god different continents why must this be complicated" is a bit of a worry causer. As it is, it looks like I'll end up moving over here in a few years; until then we'll keep to skype and arts like we have most of the way into this. c:
